My background in marketing began in agencies where I’ve assisted in executing social media and experiential events for large national brands, and after transitioning to working in the beer industry for 6 years, I found my passion lies in cultivating authentic online presences for smaller brands with the help of copywriting, content generation, intuitive web and menu design, and genuine personal connection with fans and customers. I have extensive experience with Adobe, designing graphics for web and print, social media posting and management, and physical signage execution and knowledge of SEO, email marketing campaigns, and branding activation and events. My diverse experience in these areas makes me a versatile multi-tasker for your brand, and my experience means we can work together to achieve the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to marketing your small businesses.
HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS
Experience in event and restaurant logistics and management, reservation and booking requests, executing BEOs, event setup and design, catering logistics, overseeing events per client expectations, front of house operations in high volume settings, ordering beer and alcohol per restaurant and event needs, and running and analyzing sales reports. Extensive knowledge of Aloha, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs and G Suite, TouchBistro, and Gather.
Office management + Administrative
I’ve managed offices and provided extensive administrative support for offices of 50+ employees in both the advertising and entertainment industries, where I gained some of my greatest professional strengths including extreme attention to detail and organization. I have experience in managing employee requests, troubleshooting facility issues, ordering supplies, answering phones and directing calls, new employee on-boarding, tech support and troubleshooting, filing expense reports and assisting with internal accounting, compiling and editing corporate communications, and assisting executives with various company needs.
